Just by cutting calories won’t help you achieve your target weight, you still need to eat fewer calories than you burn if you wish to achieve your target weight. Every study I examined showed that the perfect weight loss diet is the one with which you can live with, whether it may be curbs, cut fat or any combination.

Protein-rich food helps to put more distance between meals. And, the more satisfied you feel between meals, the easier it is to avoid hunger cravings. So, the bottom line here is that you must have a plan. I am not going to offer you the perfect regimen for weight loss here, but whatever plan you choose will always be better than no plan at all.
